GRC Certify, established in 2010 as a worldwide nonprofit organization, is dedicated to supporting GRC Professionals who bring together diverse disciplinary backgrounds to excel in their roles.

GRC Professionals often occupy various roles within departments like the the Board of Directors, Executive Team, Strategy, Performance Management, Risk Management, Compliance & Ethics Management, IT Security, Business Continuity, Internal Controls, Quality Management, Human Resources, and Audit & Assurance.

Despite their diverse roles, departments, and job titles, GRC Professionals share a common ethical code, often referred to as  “The Protector Code”.
